Huaian Fangyuan Forging Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive forging enterprise integrating forging, heat treatment, machining and packaging. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production, processing and sales of free forging and die forging for oil and high-precision transmission industry. The company is located in Huai'an high tech Industrial Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 30000 square meters, including a plant area of 15000 square meters. There are many production workshops and physical and chemical laboratories for forging, machining, heat treatment, etc. The annual production capacity is more than 20000 tons.

At present, the company has 1 ton, 3 ton single forging hammer and 6 ton forging hammer, and its supporting manipulator, loading and reclaiming machine, PLC controlled forging heating furnace and other forging equipment; more than 30 sets of various types of vertical lathe, sleeper, CNC lathe, drilling machine, milling machine and other machining equipment; several sets of post forging heat treatment furnace, quenching and tempering furnace; and equipped with a 〈 2000mm CNC ring rolling machine.

The company is equipped with direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tensile impact, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector and other advanced testing equipment, and has perfect testing means such as spectral testing, metallographic analysis, hardness testing, mechanical property testing and MT, UT, Pt nondestructive testing.

The company has established a sound quality management system and HSE management system, and has passed iso9001:2015 quality management system (TUV) certification, API Spec 20b logo certification, iso14001:2015 environmental management system certification, ohsas18001:2015 occupational health and safety management system certification.
