Huaian Fangyuan Forging Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive forging enterprise integrating forging, heat treatment and machining. It is a production-oriented enterprise specializing in the production, processing and sales of free forging and tire mold forging for the petroleum and high-precision transmission industries. The company is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Huaian, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 30,000 square meters, including 15,000 square meters of factory buildings and more than 100 employees. It has multiple production workshops and physical and chemical laboratories for forging, machining, heat treatment, etc. The annual production capacity is more than 20,000 tons.

The company currently has 1-ton, 3-ton single and 6-ton forging hammers, as well as supporting forging equipment such as robotic arms, loading and unloading machines, and PLC-controlled forging heating furnaces; more than 30 machining equipment such as various vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, CNC lathes, drilling machines, and milling machines; multiple post-forging heat treatment furnaces and tempering furnaces; and a ⌀2000mm CNC ring rolling machine.

The company has complete inspection and testing methods such as spectral detection, metallographic analysis, hardness testing, mechanical property testing, and MT, UT, PT nondestructive testing.
